We're hiring a Jr. Business Analyst to help turn business data and stakeholder feedback into clearer processes and better decisions. New hires begin with a structured 4-week training program on EntraForce tools, workflows, and processes before taking on day-to-day responsibilities.

Training (first 4 weeks):

• Hands-on onboarding and training on EntraForce tools, systems, and internal processes.
• Guided practice in requirements gathering, reporting, and workflow analysis with mentorship from the team.

What you'll do:

• Collect and review business and operational data to support day-to-day decision-making.
• Document business and functional requirements gathered from teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in basic data analysis to identify trends and support reporting.
• Learn workflow and process analysis to help map and improve how the business operates.
• Create reports and summaries that communicate findings clearly.
• Participate in review sessions with stakeholders to capture needs and feedback.
• Use tools commonly used in business analytics.

Responsibilities will be assigned based on your progress through training and the needs of the team.

What we're looking for:

• A degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working with Excel or spreadsheets; exposure to data or reporting tools is a plus.
• A curious, organized mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
