Do I actually own the app, or just rent it from you?

You own all of it — the source code, the Apple developer account, the Google Play account, the payment integrations, the customer database. Everything is registered in your business name from day one. If you ever want to leave us, you take it with you.

How long does it really take?

Typical projects ship in 8 to 12 weeks. Rush builds (6 weeks) are possible for an extra fee if your scope is straightforward. Big multi-location chains with complex POS integrations can run 14–16 weeks — we'll tell you on the discovery call, not three months in.

Will it work with my POS — Clover, Square, Toast?

Yes for those three. We've integrated with all of them. If you're on a smaller or industry-specific POS (e.g., Booker, Mindbody, RepairShopr), tell us which one on the call and we'll confirm the integration scope before quoting.

What about updates after launch?

The $99/mo plan covers hosting, security patches, OS compatibility (iOS and Android push updates twice a year), and small content tweaks. New features are quoted separately at our standard hourly rate — no monthly contract, no minimums.

Can I add a second location later?

Yes. Multi-location support is built in from day one, even if you only launch with one location. Adding a new location is a settings change, not a new build.

What if my customers don't want to download an app?

Fair concern. Most of our clients pair the app with a mobile-friendly web ordering page (which we also build) for first-time customers, then nudge repeat customers into the app with a 5–10% loyalty bonus. Adoption usually crosses 40% of repeat traffic within 90 days.

Why $4,999 instead of the $15–30k other agencies quote?

We start from a proven codebase instead of building from scratch. You get the same iOS + Android quality, faster, because we're not reinventing logins, payments, or push notifications on every project. Highly custom features (think: warehouse routing, prescription handling) are quoted on top — transparently.

I've seen subscription apps for $199/mo with no upfront cost — why pay $4,999?

Two real differences. First: subscription apps charge a per-order fee on top of the monthly (typically $0.50–$1.50 per order). At 500 orders a month that's another $250–$750/mo on top of the $199.
